Our health care practice is a place where our patients get education and empowerment to lead a healthier lifestyle and achieve a higher quality of life.
We are involved in the community and provide educational material through blogs and other partnerships. Because of our presence, we help prevent diseases, provide excellent palliative and integrative healthcare, and improve every patient quality of life.
Our Vision
Our vision is to reach out to patients all over the world who are in a state of sub-health, battling chronic or acute diseases, auto-immune disorders, hormonal imbalances, as well as patients looking for preventative healthcare.
As an Oriental Medicine Practitioner, Rosanna De La Cruz, provides Continuing Education Units, also known as CEUs, and conducts seminars and webinars, and write books on self care and holistic medicine.
Once a month we partner with a non- profit organization and other healthcare practitioners to provide low cost auricular community acupuncture, Qi Gong exercises, Tui Na, vital signs, eastern nutrition advice, western nutrition, and other services.
About Rosanna De La Cruz L. Ac., MSTOM
Rosanna De La Cruz is a Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine and a Diplomate of Oriental Medicine licensed in New York State. She graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine with a Bachelor of Science and a Master in Oriental Medicine degree and later pursued a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, with a focus on Integrative Medicine.
About Cindiraina Zhai
Cindiraina Zhai is a NYS Licensed Acupuncturist and a trained Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbalist who is passionate about spreading the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and sharing with more people holistic ways to balancing their bodies and living in good health from the lens of TCM. She works side by side with clients together to promote an optimal environment for their body, mind and spirit to fully thrive.
About Rocío Quispe., L.Ac
Rocío Quispe, L.Ac, is an Acupuncturist and Diplomate of Acupuncture licensed in New York and Connecticut.
Rocio wanted to enroll in an US college and thought of alternative medicine as a mean to further her understanding of health. It was a stroke of luck that she came across Acupuncture and her new journey begin. She graduated from the University of Bridgeport with a Master in Acupuncture.
About Bianca, Office Manager
Hi my name is Bianca, I am the Office Manager and I’ve been working with Rosanna since April 2019 at Washington Heights Wellness and now at her new clinic in Riverdale, Riverdale Holistic Center, and working with Cindiraina since October 2023. My favorite thing about working at our clinic is seeing our patients come out from their treatments looking fully relaxed, happy and healing!
About Danelle Sanchez, Front Desk Receptionist
Hi my name is Danelle, I am a Front Desk Receptionist and I’ve been working at Riverdale Holistic Center and Washington Heights Wellness since April 2024. One of my favorite things about working here is growing a connection with patients; as well as seeing them thrive and heal under the hands of Rosanna, Cindiraina, and Rocio.
